No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on coffee or other perishable food items or personal care goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We get it. Life gets full and sometimes messy. Please reach out to us before your tour and we will happily provide you with a Haymakers Coffee Co. Gift Card toward another tour date or any other Haymakers Coffee Co. product.

Eek! There would be a really good reason. ;)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the damaged item you have. Once we have received the item and the the return is accepted, we will send you a replacement. Processing time from the accepted exchange to shipping the replacement will be 5-7 business days.
