Treat yourself to a trip Wolfe Island side to explore the coffee roasting process along with the breathtaking landscape and water views that kick off the 1000 Islands. 

Each purchase provides a ticket for a scheduled and exclusive coffee roasting experience for one excellent human with an option to add a delicious meal and beverage from The Mustard Station.

Join Haymakers Coffee Co's mad-skilled roaster and creator of many fine things, Sietse Hylkema, for a 1hr, intimate and hands-on roasting session where he guides you through the roasting process, with YOU as the roaster!

Each roasting session is limited to 8 coffee-loving humans in order for you to truly dig in to learn where coffee is grown, how we source our coffee, and to use all your senses as you take the coffee beans from green to roasted to bag to cup:

*choosing and weighing the beans

*charging the roaster

*using the Trier to sample bean colour and smell

*balancing temperature and airflow 

*listening for first crack

*drop beans into the cooling tray

*weigh roast batch again

*stamp and sign bag

You will finish off your roasting experience by brewing a delicious cup of Haymakers Coffee and picking your Haymakers Coffee Co. beans of choice to take with you as you explore the barn and property of what was once one of the largest milk-producing farms in Ontario.  

Wander and wonder as you walk the path through the field to perhaps find the perfect place to sip your coffee, take some beauty photos, to just pause.

ADD A MEAL when you book your roasting tour and enjoy a delicious, creative take on the simplest dishes by Lara and Darcy at The Mustard Station.
